The Waterfront Restaurant issues gift cards by mail. There is no returns, refunds or any other reimbursement once the card has been mailed and collected by the USPS or any other  carrier. A lost or stolen card cannot be proven and there is not way for us to track the card. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us if you have any issues.  The Waterfront Management.
